The neighborhood covenants are set as a guideline for the community to make the Heritage one of the premier subdivisions in the area. Please help keep our community up to the standards you and your neighbors expect. Please feel free to contact any member of the HOA Board if you ever have any questions.

Key Fobs & Replacements
Key fobs are used to access some amenities in the subdivision.
Contact the HOA about getting your key fob set up or if you experience any problems.
Please note that each address is issued one key fob and the cost for replacement key fobs is $75.

Pool reminders
Please do NOT prop the gate open as the county will close the pool if that happens.
- Hours: 5AM - 10PM, weather permitting (Laps only 5AM - 7AM).
- Supervision: The Association requires all children under 14 be supervised by an adult and any children over 14 utilize a buddy system.
- Admittance: HOA members must be in good standing and use their key fob for entry to access the pool and amenity area.
- Guest Policy: One guest per household member is permitted. Residents who have been denied pool access may not be admitted as a guest of another member. Guests are considered individuals that live outside of The Heritage at Jefferson.
- Clubhouse Use: Clubhouse reservations do not include unlimited pool access. The guest policy still applies - one guest per household member.
- Food & Drinks: No food or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
- Disrespectful behavior is not tolerated and will result in revocation of pool access. This includes profanity, fighting, intoxication, smoking and any behavior that creates a nuisance preventing residents from enjoying our amenities.

Listed below are some covenants that are easy to overlook. We understand that everyone is forgetful sometimes, but please make every effort to help keep our neighborhood beautiful.
- Parking in yards or on streets within the Community
is prohibited.
- Trailers and boats must be stored out of the public
view, and as stated above, parking is not allowed in
yards.
- Campers, motor homes and vehicles with commercial
writing on its exterior must be stored out of the public
view and may not be stored in the community for any
period in excess of twelve (12) hours unless kept in a
garage.
- All walls and fences must be approved for materials, style, and location prior to construction. Request must
be in writing and submitted to the board through the website or by emailing [email protected].
- Household pets are to be kept under control and not allowed to cause a nuisance or disturbance to the
subdivision.
- No fence, wall hedge or shrub planting shall be placed or permitted to remain where it would create a traffic
or sight problem.
- Please stop at the stop signs in the neighborhood. The subdivision speed limit is 25 MPH.
